What does it mean that the hotel is adults only?
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is from 4:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. If you need to extend your departure, please ask at reception about late check-out, which is available subject to occupancy and may have an additional charge.
What does the All-Inclusive plan include?
Our All-Inclusive package includes a breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet with show cooking, snacks between meals, and domestic alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages until 11:00 p.m. Plus, for stays of 5 nights or more, it includes an à la carte dinner at the Xaloc Restaurant. You'll also have access to daytime and evening entertainment and all hotel facilities.
What advantages does Royal Elite offer?
Royal Elite is our most exclusive service. It includes rooms with privileged sea views, access to the Royal Elite Beach Club with premium drinks and snacks, a terrace overlooking the cove, a welcome bottle of cava, a complimentary minibar upon arrival, a turndown service with hot chocolate, and a 15% discount on treatments at the Wellness Center.
Is there direct access to the beach?
Yes! Sandos El Greco is located right on Cala Portinatx. Just step outside the hotel to step onto the sand and enjoy its crystal-clear waters. It's one of the main attractions of our location.
Does the hotel have a swimming pool?
Yes. We have an outdoor pool with a sunbathing area, an outdoor jacuzzi, and comfortable sun loungers to enjoy the Ibizan sun. There's also a pool bar where you can refresh yourself with your favorite drink.
Is there a gym at the hotel?
Yes. We offer a fully equipped gym so you can maintain your workout routine throughout your vacation. Access is included for all guests.
Can I book treatments at the Wellness Center?
Of course. Our Wellness Center offers relaxing and therapeutic massages, facial and body treatments, manicures, pedicures, and more. We recommend booking in advance at reception. Royal Elite clients enjoy a 15% discount on all treatments.
How do I get there from the airport?
Ibiza Airport is approximately a 35-minute drive away. You can arrive by taxi, rental car, or transfer service. Please contact reception if you'd like to arrange your transfer.
Is there free Wi-Fi at the hotel?
