In this sense, the purpose of this document is to regulate the general terms and conditions of contracting of the online reservation services in which EPI GESTION, SL with registered office at c/ Saturnino Calleja 16, 28002 Madrid. CIF: B-81890006, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid, volume 12618, section 8, folio 174, page M 201777, acts as an intermediary on behalf of others between the client and the establishment where the client makes his reservation. The companies that form part of SANDOS HOTELS & RESORTS and that provide the hotel services covered by the website https://www.sandos.com/, are listed in our Privacy Policy with the details of each company.
Through this website, EPI GESTIÓN, SL provides an online platform through which accommodations from the Sandos Hotels & Resorts hotel chain are offered and customers can make their corresponding reservations. By making a reservation through Sandos.com, the customer/user establishes a direct contractual relationship with the hotel where the accommodation has been booked. The above means that, from the moment the reservation is made, EPI GESTIÓN, SL does not provide accommodation services, nor does it manage, nor do management, nor does it rent, nor does it exploit in any way admissible by law, nor does it carry out any activity in relation to the hotel establishments, but only acts as an intermediary between the client and the establishment, for the purposes of electronic commerce, transmitting the reservation data to the establishment and sending an email to the client confirming it, in the name and representation of the establishment itself. The information we offer has been expressly sent to us by the establishments who are responsible for updating the rates, availability and other data that appear on our website, they being the only ones responsible for its veracity and accuracy, without prejudice to which EPI GESTIÓN, SL tries to make the service it offers as accurate as possible possible. Likewise, EPI GESTIÓN, SL does not participate nor is participated in by any of the companies that operate and/or own the hotel establishments.
EPI GESTIÓN, SL is the company that owns the website www.sandos.com created for the purpose of acting as an intermediary in the promotion and sale of hotel services.
The use of these services by the recipients will imply full and unreserved acceptance,as well as the validity of each and every one of the General Conditions set forth herein without the need to reproduce and/or ratify them anywhere else. Therefore, the User undertakes to carefully read the contracting conditions each time they proceed to contract a service, so the use of the services or the contracting of the same implies acceptance of the following general conditions, the user declaring the following:
That they are a person with the capacity to contract.
That they have read and accept these general contracting conditions.
The user undertakes to fill out the forms offered by SANDOS HOTELS & RESORTS, on behalf of the establishment, or the establishment itself to make a reservation with the personal data and additional information requested and considered essential for the provision of the service.
The contract may be made in Spanish or English.
The Recipient must verify the data on the reservation summary screen that will appear just before connecting to the payment gateway.
The User will always have access, in any case, prior to the start of the service contracting procedure, to the General Contracting Conditions, which may be stored and/or reproduced on a durable medium
CONTRACTING PROCEDURE.
The service The purpose of the accommodation reservation service offered by SANDOS HOTELS & RESORTS on its website is to mediate in the reservation of rooms in different establishments with which the client contracts the accommodation under the terms offered by said establishments. The contracting procedure consists of the following phases:
Selection of search dates and selected hotel.
In this phase, it is not necessary for the client to register; it will be enough to enter their preferences in terms of dates, number of rooms and number of people that will make the reservation on the web form.
Availability check.
After validating the data entered and according to said values, the customer will be shown the availability of the hotel establishment in the next step.
Upload your selection to the cart.
Once the availability of the preference marked by the customer has been shown, they must upload their selection to the cart in order to continue with the booking process.
Enter personal data and formalize the reservation.
The client must enter the personal data requested in the form presented to them, as well as provide their credit card details, which will not be charged initially, but may be used in the event of cancellation as indicated in these Conditions.
The fields in this form are all mandatory, so you must fill them in before formalizing the reservation.
Once this step has been completed, the reservation will have been formalized.
After formalizing the reservation, the recipient of the service will receive, within a maximum period of 24 hours, an email - to the address provided by them during registration - with the reservation locator and a summary of the same.
If you do not receive this email within the indicated period, you should check your messages, including the SPAM folder and, if necessary, contact us at the email address indicated above. Furthermore, if you detect any error in the data collection, you will immediately notify the aforementioned email address, providing the correct information.
Guarantee: The reservation is confirmed and guaranteed for the entire night by credit card. In case of no-show at the hotel without prior notice,The charge (VAT and taxes included) will be made to the card as indicated in the no-show policies of each establishment. Prices are only valid in writing and for the period indicated therein. When there are justifiable reasons, EPI GESTION SL and/or its subsidiaries reserve the right to modify these rates without prior notice.
The prices relating to the reservation will be indicated to you during the reservation process. The corresponding tax is applied to the prices, without prejudice to the fact that additional taxes may also be applied in accordance with the local regulations in force in each country. The aforementioned local taxes must be paid directly to the hotel.
In accordance with the above, the prices shown at the time of booking include VAT (or the equivalent tax) according to the tax rate applicable at the time.
In the event that the tax rate changes between the date of booking and the date of delivery of the services, generating a disparity, in accordance with the tax regulations, the tax rate that will be applied to the final price will be the one that corresponds at the time of delivery of the services or the accrual of the tax, even in cases where this causes an increase in relation to the final price indicated to the client during the reservation.
Payment of the reservation made
The customer must pay for the reserved stay upon arrival at the hotel.
For your own security, you must present official identification when checking in at the hotel in order to confirm your payment. You will not be able to complete your registration process without this document.
Transactions managed by the payment manager will be processed through the OPENPAY payment gateway.
Limitation of liability of hotel establishments.
In the event of claims by the User, they should contact the establishment directly, providing the following email addresses:

Each of the above addresses contains the name of the hotel to make it easier for the User to identify it. Furthermore, each establishment has claim forms available to Users.
This claim must be made immediately, preferably during your stay at the hotel. In the event that the damage becomes apparent after the stay at the establishment has ended, the User has a period of fifteen (15) calendar days to report it. After this period, the establishments will refuse any type of responsibility.
In any case, the hotel's liability limit will coincide with the amount of the reservation. In no case will the establishment be responsible for the costs and expenses of professionals acting as legal representatives of the Users.
MODIFICATION OF THE CONTRACTING CONDITIONS.
EPI GESTION, SL, at the request of each of the establishments, may modify these stipulations provided that there is sufficient cause or reason to do so, publishing said modifications on the website. In such case, the person directly responsible for any modification will be the establishment that decides on it. It is understood that there is sufficient cause or reason for modification, by way of example and not limitation, when it is intended to:
Expand the range or number of services made available to Users or improve existing ones.
Modify, replace or update the prices of the services offered through the website.
The period of validity of these general conditions of the contract, will be the time they remain published on the website and will apply to the services purchased at the time said conditions were available.
In any case, SANDOS HOTELS & RESORTS reserves the right to modify them unilaterally, without this affecting the services contracted by users prior to the modification, except in those cases in which the user has changed or modified the contracted service,in which case the conditions in force at the time of the change and/or modification will apply.
TERMS OF USE.
